In 1877 they appeared.
The Swan Boats of Boston.
133 years later,
they still glide on the water in Spring.

Watercolor, 8x10, $200.
In the next town,
a 100 year old Magnolia
with sinuous, curvy limbs
stands as solid and tall as an Oak.
Like fallen snow with a touch of pink,
100s of blossoms coat the tree,
sprinkle the petals,
then blanket the ground below.
A welcome snow in April.
Pastel, 8x10, SOLD [New York]
A song for Tax Day:
"Flowers in spring
The robins that sings
The sunbeams that shine
They're yours and they're mine
Love can come to everyone
Best things in life
They're free."
