Alvin Ailey's "Revelations" Bohoy

Alvin Ailey has dancied back to Boston.
"Revelations" is the must see. Sculpted, athletic bodies swathed in white, ruffled dresses, parasol on high, floating silk ribbons of water. Spiritual and beautiful.

Chicago.
A gradation of greys reaching for the sky.
Misty grey. Shades of grey.
Grey steel disappearing into the fog.
No sun but for a spark of life in a window on Lake Shore Drive.
"Chicago, Chicago that toddlin' town
Chicago, Chicago I will show you around
Bet your bottom dollar you will lose the blues in Chicago..."

Pastel, 10x8, $125.

Maybellene, Maybellene.

Maybellene.
Not the song.
Not the makeup.
But one man's best friend.

Pastel, 8x10. SOLD NJ/NY. Commission.

April rains

Down comes the rain.
Up go umbrellas.
From above we see:
A box of Trix,
or a carton of crayons,
or a field of flowers.
Yes–- April showers.

Prism on moon nite

Prism from the window reflecting on my painting "Moon Night" on the wall.

Blue skies. A mild sea. Soft breeze. Flags furled. People stroll.
Quiet thoughts of those who serve.
